1) New Products: We sell new products with warranty provided by Guttermanblower.Pty.Ltd and the Manufacturers or the Manufacturer's Agents.

2) GMB/Blower Units: All Blowers are covered by 12 months manufactures and the manufacturer's agents warranty. Most of our manufacturer's agents are all states around Australia and World wide. Any mechanical problem with your blower unit then you can send back to us or contact directly to our agents at your state or country for exchange or repair.

3) Transit time: After we receive your order then item will be sent from next business day, This is about 3-10 days and excludes weekends and holidays. This information is provided by the carriers Pickups online, Aus-Post and others. Note that transit times may vary, particularly areas and during peak season periods.

4) P&H / Insurance: P&H cost only and Insurance is option for shipping loss or shipping damage goods by customer's choice.



1) By law In Australia, Consumers have a legal right to obtain a exchange/repair or refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.

GMB unit:

GMB unit has passes a quality control/checking twice at manufacture and p&h processes, If customers are also discovered/detected again or malfunction or unable to operate for cleaning purpose. Therefore, GMB products are unsafe to be operated for gutter cleaning operation. Please don't operate the unit.


The mechanical problems or does not work mainly for cleaning purposes.


GMB does not Hookup&Roll wherever possible on your gutter as to be believed.

2) After you received the manufacture defected units (do not use the unit), please email us straight away for the problem and get "Receipt Number" ins instructions. Units must be sent back to our office address: GMB Pty.Ltd, 85 Moodemere street, Noble park, Vic 3174, Australia with your number or get "Contact/Details" of our Agents in your State for exchange or repair purposes or insurance claim. You are entitled 14 days from the invoice date.

3) You are entitled 14 days from the invoice date and ask the new replacement item, if there are any shipping damages during the transportation. Please, email back to us for claim with insurance company the damaged item for the replacement.

4) You are entitled 12 months from the invoice date to send back GMB for mechanical repair, it includes the cost of parts and labour (no more charge) and exclusive the cost of P&H. If the GMB unit

a) Has any mechanical problem with blower, send back your unit to us for a repair or

b) We will provide all details of our agents for you in your local area. Contact directly to our agents for blower mechanical repair in your State. Most of our manufacturer's agents are all States around Australia.

6) Product Disclaimer: You are not entitled  to exchange/repair/refund/insurance/liability and safety concerning as the following:


a) GMB does not apply for the non-standard gutters, tiles/metal sheet overhang too small clearance spaces, too wide, too deep, leaf busted, covered on top gutter or similar types or adjacent construction/building.


b) GMB device applies the Hookup&Roll only wherever possible without any obstruction of tiles/metal sheets overhang or blocks dwelling on ground indeed.


c) Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods or realise you can't afford the goods by personal reasons; The same item at a cheaper price or cheaper P&H elsewhere or alternative or imitative methods.


d) Read safety rules, read instruction&installation, install properly before operation, secure all parts of unit, wear safety gears and operator is fully comfortable and understandable to operate the device.


e) Hookup&roll impacted damage or falling damages during operation by improper installation or the debris controller obstructs pin off damage during operation, a loose parts damages , modified, scratches, grinding down damages or obstructed damages;were responsible for causing the fault as abuse, violent, mistreatment, ...


f) 1'30'' Video for GMB installation/operation has applied for demonstration only.  In particular customer 's situation may be slightly different time consuming in each case and unit requires the common handyman skills for gutter cleaning operation.


g) All mechanical blowers and GMB-S3M unit have been altered or operated damages, modification, internal adjustment, immersion, fire, abuse, incorrect use, incorrect handling will not cover by the warranty policies.

  h) Sellers are not responsible for delivery service and transit time directly or indirectly handle by couriers, transportation services. Long delay in some case and length of transit time by the transportation in peak seasons.


i) Insurance is willing option to cover the loss or shipping damage goods during transportation by customer's choices and selection to recover the loss in case.
